Terms & Conditions
A minimum of 48hours notice is required if you would like to cancel your clean. The Tidy Home Crew charge the full amount of your Quote / Invoice if we receive less then 48hours notice.
All Bookings are priced and planned to a strict time schedule. It is important that our staff have access to the property at the time of your booking and no later as this is when your service starts. Should our staff be unable to enter the property after 15 minutes your service will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee (full amount).
Full payment is required upon the day of service. Late fees do apply. If you wish to include extras in your cleaning service, notice of 48hours will be required, extra time and charges may apply.
